To better understand and increase engagement in what they are doing today, students need to realize where they are going in the future. Supportive ED enhances post-secondary readiness for K-12 students by leveraging data-driven strategies and technology to address achievement disparities and prepare students for college or workforce entry.

Supportive ED's grade-level specific surveys gather insights about student aspirations, preparedness and perceived obstacles. Our Student Support Center captures, analyzes and activates this data. Students support needs begin to be categorized and prioritized based on their knowledge of their graduation plan, participation in rigorous coursework, career interests, and endorsement selection.

Students pinpoint the courses they find most challenging. This information is then analyzed alongside their career interests and post-secondary plans to identify any gaps or inconsistencies between their long-term goals and current academic preparedness.

After all the data is collected, the data is processed and analyzed using the Student Support Center platform, which leverages advanced analytics to uncover preparation gaps among diverse student groups. Using our severity staging algorithm, the platform categorizes students (Tiers 1 - 5) according to the urgency and scope of their preparation needs. This data-driven method ensures that students receive the focused level of support they need, when they need it.
